We believe in the educational value of providing music and arts programs. We have provided a “Celebrity for a Weekend” theme for 2 Make A Wish participants. In 2013, Rayo Cole (Recording artist and Celebrity Wig Designer) and the Invaders teamed up with mega-boyband One Direction, Epic Records mega-girl group Fifth Harmony, as well as X Factor Season 3′s Josh Levi to give a young girl her wish of recording an original song. We provided artist direction, vocal lessons, songwriting, an original song, an international radio interview, and special guests.
In 2014 we once again offered our services by helping a teenage boy sponsored by Make A Wish. Among the things provided in the weekend were limo service, a tour of Capitol Records, a stylist, an original song, a music video, and a music release on iTunes.
Besides working with extraordinary organizations such as Make A Wish we also work closely with a special “STEMulation” after school program with The Links, Incorporated. This program allows interested children to direct, record, and film their own public service announcement about anti- bullying.
